As a generalist, he is able to quickly get a good overview of complex matters and make connections. In addition to a sound theoretical knowledge, Wessel is practically minded, see what needs to be done and willing to roll up his sleeves whenever needed. His broad knowledge of technology, being able to communicate with people coming form different levels and backgrounds, make him a great team player.
